Most recently, she served as Vice President of Health Care Value for Louisiana Blue. She was responsible for developing innovative ways to optimize provider relationships through value based reimbursement. She led a complete redesign of the organization’s value-based program--expanding value-based models across multiple specialties and care settings to reduce fee-for-service increases, enhance provider engagement, and bolster HEDIS metrics. Prior to joining Louisiana Blue, Natalie spent time on the provider side at Baton Rouge General, a medium full  scale acute hospital in Baton Rouge Louisiana, where she served as a process improvement leader and earned her Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt. Natalie began her career in Chicago, at a boutique health care consulting firm, Health Scape Advisors, where she supported clients in pharmaceutical litigation. Natalie earned a Bachelor of Science in Science-Business from the University of Notre Dame and a Masters in Health Care Transformation from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin. Natalie has shared her expertise through published articles and speaking engagements. She lives in Dallas, Texas with her husband and three children.
